How is this different from searching CROSS or DDTC?+

Those are document search tools. TariffDesk is a monitoring + calculation product — we proactively notify you when a rate changes, calculate the dollar impact across your watched codes, and surface refund opportunities you would otherwise miss.

Where do your rates come from?+

The Federal Register, USTR, and CBP. We never paraphrase — every cited rate links back to the primary source document. Read our methodology →

Can I try it without a credit card?+

The free tools (Stack Visualizer, §122 Sunset, AD/CVD Screener, etc.) require no account. Paid plans require a card for the 14-day free trial — that's the standard for software that costs us money to run.

How do refunds via PSC work?+

Our Refund Opportunity Scanner walks your watched codes against the §301 exclusion list and active §337 mappings. When we find a match where you've paid duty that's now refundable, we generate a Post-Summary Correction template with the Federal Register citation, ready to file via ACE within 300 days of entry.
