About this tool
This screener cross-references your HTS code against a database of active ITC Section 337 investigations populated from the ITC EDIS database. Section 337 investigations protect intellectual property rights and can result in Limited Exclusion Orders (LEO), General Exclusion Orders (GEO), or Cease & Desist Orders (CDO). A match means imports of that product from the respondent nations are blocked at customs, or your company must cease sales.
Coverage note: The database currently includes 847 active investigations with HTS mappings from the ITC database. Respondents data is populated where available. All orders are screened for active status (no expiration or expiration date in the future).
