What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address, your role (importer or customs broker), the HTS codes and country pairs you choose to watch, and your billing details (handled by Stripe). When you visit the marketing site we collect standard request metadata (IP, user agent, referrer) needed to serve pages and prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use your account data to send the tariff-change alerts you subscribed to, generate the broker reports you request, and bill you. We do not sell, rent, or share your account data with third parties for marketing.

Sub-processors

• Stripe — payments and billing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for alerts.
• Hetzner (Germany) — infrastructure hosting for the application and Postgres database.
• Cloudflare — DNS and TLS termination.
• Twilio (Pro/Business plans only) — SMS alert delivery.

Retention

We retain account and alert-history data for the life of your account plus 90 days after cancellation, after which it is purged from primary storage. Encrypted database backups are retained for 7 days and then deleted.

Your rights

You can export your watchlist and alert history from the in-app settings page at any time. Email us at [email protected] to request account deletion or to ask any other privacy question.
